w-i: Ja! Da ist Musik drin und Humor und die Liebe zur Kunst.  Mit unglaublicher Leichtigkeit werden alle Ebenen durchdrungen, von der Tiefe bis in alle Höhen. Das kreative Spiel ist unerschöpflich und wird in jede Richtung zelebriert: Was gibt es Schönerers als einen freien Geist zu betrachten und die vielfältigsten Möglichkeiten, die er entdeckt?

w-i: Es ist einfach inspirierend das ästhetische Spiel zu bestaunen und sich all dieser Schönheit und Vielfalt bewusst zu werden. Es kann sein, dass man sehr viel Freude empfindet bei der Betrachtung. Ein Lächeln sich zu einem Lachen ausbreitet. Das ist die Kunst von Theo Noll - all dieser Vielfalt des Lebens mit großer Aufmerksamkeit und mit einem Lachen zu begegnen.

Die Ölmalerein von Theo Noll sind auf Karton und gerne im Quadrat. Die Technik, die er entwickelt hat wirkt manchmal wie Keramik und fasziniert: Feine Linien, glänzende Fläche wechseln sich ab mit matten wie spiegelnden Ornamenten. Die grafische Linie und das Farbspektrum wird sehr ästhetisch und äußerst gekonnt eingesetzt: scheinbar leicht - quer hindurch. Genauso und nicht anders MÜSSEN sie in diesem Moment sein.
Diese Wahrheit in diesem Moment berührt und macht Freude. Es erinnert an eine japanische Ästhetik. Und doch nicht festgelgt: zeitlos wahr, frei und schön!

"Art is the basso continuo of my life".

w-i: Yes! There is music in it and humour and the love of art. With incredible ease, all levels are penetrated, from the depths to all heights. The creative play is inexhaustible and is celebrated in every direction: What could be more beautiful than watching a free spirit and the manifold possibilities it discovers?

w-i: It is simply inspiring to marvel at the aesthetic play and to become aware of all this beauty and diversity. One may feel a great deal of joy while contemplating it. A smile spreads into a laugh. That is Theo Noll's art - to encounter all this diversity of life with great attention and with a laugh.

Theo Noll's oil paintings are on cardboard and often in squares. The technique he has developed sometimes looks like ceramics and fascinates: Fine lines, shiny surface alternate with matt as well as reflective ornaments. The graphic line and the colour spectrum is used very aesthetically and extremely skilfully: seemingly light - across. This is exactly how they MUST be at this moment and no other way.

This truth in this moment touches and gives pleasure. It is reminiscent of a Japanese aesthetic. And yet not fixed: timelessly true, free and beautiful!
